What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is one full carton per item and varies by product. Contact us for the MOQ of a specific product.

How long is your lead time?

Samples are ready in 1–2 days. Bulk lead time depends on the order quantity — most items are available from ready stock.

Do you have ready stock in the USA?

Yes. We have an office and warehouse in Baldwin, New York, and some products are available from US stock. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Which safety certifications do your products have?

Many of our products have been tested and certified to CPC (Children's Product Certificate, US), ASTM and EN71 standards. Certificates are available for the relevant products and can be provided on request. Tell us the item you are interested in and we will confirm which certificates apply.

Do you offer OEM or private label?

Yes. We accept OEM and private label orders, including custom packaging and branding. Contact us with your product idea and quantity and we will advise on options.
